Mintly is built and operated by Flame Industries, Inc. Protecting our products and the customers who rely on them is a core responsibility of our team, and our security program is led directly by our co-founders.

How We Protect Mintly
- Security review of code changes, including authorization and access-control audits of our application and APIs.
- Least-privilege access to production systems and customer data.
- Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS, and encryption at rest through our infrastructure providers.
- Payments processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
- Investigation and remediation of reported vulnerabilities and security incidents.
Reporting a Vulnerability
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Mintly, please email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject line. Include a description of the issue and steps to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly, and do not access, modify, or delete other users' data while testing.
